2:45 pm – Busses arrive

3:00 pm – Arrive @ school in uniform.  Begin loading.

3:30 pm – Leave for Theodore

4:15 pm – arrive at Theodore – loading crew unpack equipment so that it will be ready for students to pick up before going to warm-up.

5:20 pm – Warm-up

6:20 pm – Perform

Everyone except the people going on the field for awards may change out of uniform for the awards ceremony.   All Seniors may go out for awards if you wish (you must stay in uniform). If you change, you must wear band t-shirt and khaki pants.

8:30 pm - Awards ceremony begins

9:30 pm - Load bus for return trip home.

10:00 pm -Arrive at Davidson
